⚔️ Mission War Update, Rewards Rework and Memoria Changes

This update targets one thing, Mission War should feel worth doing.
On official, the progress is a joke. Here is what we changed.

🏅 Honor Medal Score Reward

Official problem

On official you cap at 55 Honor Medal Score per war (at 3000 personal score).
If Mission War was your main source, you would need around 6,981 wars to max it. That is insane.
Our change
If you hit the maximum personal score, you can now earn 500 Honor Medal Score in one war.
That drops the grind to around 760 wars to max. Still effort, not brain damage.
Important
This is a comparison metric, not a promise that Mission War is your only source. You can gain Honor Medal Score from other places too.

Before

At 600 personal score, you could get 5 tickets. End of story.
Now
Up to 599 score, still 5 tickets.
600 to 3499 score, up to 21 tickets.
3500+ score, up to 55 tickets.
This rewards players who actually score and play the war properly.

Before

Increased from 10 AP max to 28 AP max, but only on the newly added score levels.
Original levels stay the same.

We are trying something different here:

Players will not be able to damage each other with attack skills.
Progress will rely on towers and Guardians from captured bases.
Goal: make Memoria a true PvE war, so Lv.200+ players with decent gear can actually participate and survive.
This is a monitored test
We will watch how it plays over the next days.
Then we will run a poll.
Based on results, we will keep it, adjust it, or revert it.
